centralized stablecoins like tether usd or gemini usd controls by a company or a specific group of poeple and have more risks like freezing tokens but decentralized ones have less risks and no control

initially gyro will start working on ethereum layer 1, but i think it would be good if layer2 , polygon , avalanche , solana and smartchain is also launched however binance smartchain has not performe
