GIPs After Rough Consensus has been established a proposal may proceed to the next stage, a Temperature Check. An off-chain voting tool, Snapshot, will be used. Consultations Rough consensus aims to ensure that reasonable, strongly held objections about the proposal have been sufficiently addressed.
