What characteristics do you think the challenges should have?

I think challenges should have these characteristics:
1 Remove fake accounts.
2 should create a fair classification based on the level of activity, interest and loyalty to the project.
3 Competitions can be held to assess the level of knowledge of the community about the project.
4 should not make the community tired.
