How do you think we can help the construction team get the project
up and running as quickly as possible? Can we help at all?

In my opinion, creating a think tank can attract good developers

But since attracting successful developers is not easy Gyroscope should help

I think that we as a user, must be active in any where that this project has a position. It help them have a active community and it help to other compony that follow them, found this project as a popular project and actually we just can be a good user. It help to this project be active and have seen.
