I do not agree at all with this idea, but perhaps similar to what the Bright ID project is currently doing is more acceptable to me.

Yes , Bright ID has a video call verification everyday for its users aswell ,I think it would be a great way to recognize humans

This is neither feasible nor effective. It takes a very long time to do that and how are they gonna remember 13000 faces? Even if some technology is used to that, it’s very easy to make enough changes to your facial features.
Also it would be a mockery of decentralization idea :slightly_smiling_face:

This can’t happen. As others mentioned, it’s not possible in terms of time and may not be effective. Social media accounts are possibly still the best way to go.

They are doing good, video calls for 13000 accounts is difficult. How would one verify if same person attended a call for multiple accounts?
